How do I activate the Mobile App?
Before you can log in for the first time, you must link the Mobile App to your organization’s environment using an activation code.
Before you can log in for the first time, you must link the Certainty app to your organization’s environment using an activation code. This code ensures the app connects to the correct Certainty system for your company.
Your activation code is provided by your Certainty administrator.
Activate the Mobile App
All platforms (iOS, Android, Windows)
1. Open the Certainty Mobile App.
2. On the activation screen, enter your activation code (for example: mycompanyname).
3. Tap 'Save' to return to the login screen.

You only need to enter the activation code once.

If your company changes environments or you reinstall the app, your administrator may ask you to update the code. You can do this in 'Account Settings'.

If the code is incorrect, the app will not connect to your company’s Certainty system.
If you don’t know your activation code, contact your Certainty administrator.
