How do I download and activate the Certainty Mobile App on my device?

To submit checklists using the Certainty Mobile App for Android, Windows, or iOS devices, you first need to download it onto your device. 

Download the Mobile App

  1. To download the iOS app for Apple devices, go to the Apple App Store and search for ‘Certainty Software’.
  2. To download the app for Android devices, go to the Google Play Store and search for ‘Certainty Software’.
  3. To download the app for Windows devices, go to the Windows Store and search for ‘Certainty Software’.

Activate the Mobile App

  1. Once you have downloaded the app, you will need to link your Certainty app to your company’s instance of Certainty online. To do this, you will need to enter your Activation Code, which will be provided to you by your Certainty system administrator. Your Activation Code will be something like ‘mycompanyname’.
  2. Click ‘Save’ and then go back to the login screen to get started.

You will now be able to login using the username and password provided to you by your System Administrator. 

Notes

  • You only need to enter your Activation Code the first time you download and open the Certainty app.
