How do I download or update the Mobile App?
To use the Mobile App you must download it to your device. You should regularly update the Mobile App to ensure the latest features are available. This article explains how.

You do not need a Certainty user account to download the app — but you need credentials to log in after activation.
Downloading the Mobile App on your device
iOS (iPhone or iPad)
1. Open the App Store.
2. Search for Certainty Software.
3. Tap 'Get' or 'Download'.
4. Open the app once installation is complete.
Android (Phones and Tablets)
1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Search for Certainty Software.
3. Tap 'Install'.
4. Open the app once installation is complete.
Windows (Desktops, Laptops and Windows Tablets)
1. Open the Microsoft Store.
2. Search for Certainty Software.
3. Click or tap 'Install'.
4. Launch the app from your device or desktop/laptop.
