How do I log in to the Mobile App?
Enter your username and password after activating the Mobile App to access your checklists, actions and scheduled events.
After activating the app, you’ll see the Login screen. Enter your username and password to access your checklists, actions, and scheduled events.
Logging in

Enter your activation code if you haven't already.

Enter your username.

Enter your password.

Tap 'Log In'.
Notes
Depending on your organization’s security settings, the app may keep you signed in until:

you log out manually
-
your password changes
-
the app is updated
-
your session expires
If you can’t log in check
-
Username or password - Check spelling, capitalization, or extra spaces. If needed, your administrator can reset your password.

Activation issues - If the app asks for an activation code again, enter the code provided by your organization.

Internet connection - You must be online to log in. Once logged in, you can work offline.
