How do I log in to the Admin Portal?

You can log in to the Admin Portal by navigating to your Certainty URL at ‘https://yourcompanyname.certaintysoftware.com’. If you are not sure what the URL is ask your System Administrator.

Logging in to the Admin Portal

To log in to the Admin Portal:

  1. Navigate to https://yourcompanyname.certaintysoftware.com.
  2. Fill in your username and password.
  3. Click ‘Log in’.
  4. The Certainty Admin Portal will open to the Dashboard.

Notes

  • If it is the first time you log in the Dashboard will be empty until you add your own tabs and graphs.
