How do I log out of the Admin Portal?

You can log out of the Admin Portal by clicking the 'Account Settings' icon in the top right corner and selecting 'Log out'.

In the Admin Portal:

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner. 
  2. Click ‘Log out’.
  3. A page confirming you are logged out will appear. 

Notes

  • You can log back in by clicking the Certainty logo in the top left corner of the log out screen or by returning to your Admin Portal URL (https://yourcompanyname.certaintysoftware.com).
