How do I reset a forgotten password in the Admin Portal?
Forgotten passwords can be reset from the Admin Portal login screen.
Reset a password you forgot:

From the login screen, click the 'Forgot your password?' link.

You will be taken to a new screen and asked for your username.

Enter your username in the text box.

Select 'Send reset instructions'.
- You will receive a password reset email within five minutes to the address attached to your profile with a temporary link to a password reset page where you can set a new password for your account.
