How do I allow User Group responsibility for Actions?
User groups can not by default be responsible for actions like individual users but you are able to allow this.
Allowing user group responsibility for actions
To allow a user group to be responsible:
- Go to 'Administration – Users & User Groups – User Groups'.
- Click on a row in the main record table to open the user group details page.
- In the 'Options' menu at the top right on the screen select 'Edit'.
- Check the ‘Can be responsible’ checkbox.
- Click 'Save'.
Notes
- There is also an option to completely remove the ability to assign user groups as responsible for actions. You can change this in 'Administration – Settings – System Settings'.
