To view completed checklists submitted by a user and actions a user is responsible for:

  1. Go to 'Administration – Users & User Groups - Users'.
  2. Click on a row in the main user table to open the user details page.
  3. Click the 'Completed Checklists' tab or the 'Actions' tab below the user details.
  4. Click on a row in the 'Completed Checklists' tab or the 'Actions tab to view the details of a completed checklist or action.

You can also filter and search for these records in 'Manage Completed Checklists - Completed Checklists' and 'Manage Actions - Actions'.
